Terms of Service

Agreement: By paying a deposit, the client agrees to the design specifications, materials, and estimated timeline provided in the project quote.
Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom furniture or fabrication project. This covers material procurement and production scheduling.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid in full prior to shipping or local pickup from our Pomona, CA studio.

Digital Files: All CNC plans, DXF files, and woodworking guides purchased from Raymond’s Workshop are for personal or small-business shop use only.
Prohibited Use: You may not redistribute, resell, or share the digital files themselves in any format.
Designs: Raymond’s Workshop retains the intellectual property rights to all custom designs unless a formal "Work for Hire" agreement or design buyout is signed in writing.

Natural Variance: We specialize in Live Edge Woodworking and Bespoke Furniture. Wood is a natural material; variations in grain, color, and texture are not considered defects.
Movement: Wood "breathes" and may expand or contract with seasonal humidity changes. While we use professional joinery to mitigate this, minor seasonal movement is a natural characteristic of solid wood furniture.

Proper Use: Raymond’s Workshop is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the improper use of our products, including but not limited to unanchored furniture, improper installation of wall art, or the misuse of shop supplies.
Workshop Safety: Customers are responsible for following all safety protocols when using our router templates or shop supplies.

While we strive to meet every 6-10 week lead time estimate, delays in material sourcing (exotic slabs, specific metal alloys) or drying times for epoxy and finishes may occur. We will communicate any significant timeline shifts as they happen.
