Returns & Exchanges
Custom Furniture & Commissions Because custom furniture and personalized items are built to your specific requirements, they are exempt from returns or exchanges. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.
Digital Products (Plans, DXF Files, etc.) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable plans, CNC files, and digital software are final and non-refundable. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Shop Supplies & Standard Items Our policy for non-custom, physical items (such as templates and Grip Clean) lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges & Damages We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If your item arrives damaged via shipping, please contact us at info@raymondsworkshop.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Shipping Your Return To ensure the security of your return, all items must be mailed to our Secure Receiving Center: Raymond's Workshop 2572 Fernley Dr, Duarte, CA 91010, United States
You are responsible for your own shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
