Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Lead Times

We take pride in our precision. Processing times vary by product type:

  • Shop Supplies & Stocked Items: All standard orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Custom Furniture & Commissions: Because these pieces are handcrafted in our Pomona, CA studio to your exact specifications, lead times generally range from 6 to 10 weeks.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for standard-sized items.

  • Freight Estimates: For large furniture items (Dining Tables, Desks, Firepits), please email info@raymondsworkshop.com with your shipping destination to get an estimated cost for freight shipping.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@raymondsworkshop.com with your name and order number.

4. Damaged Shipments (The Freight Rule)

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Important for Large Items: For freight deliveries, you must inspect the crate for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the damage is visible, note it on the driver's paperwork. Once you sign for a delivery without noting damage, it becomes extremely difficult to file a claim with the carrier.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for unused shop supplies in their original condition. Please note that custom commissions and digital files are exempt from returns. For more details, see our full Refund Policy.
